This week the Pierce County Council kicked off its in-depth review of the proposed 2022-2023 Biennial Budget with four meetings.
The first meeting served as an overview of the proposed budget by Director of Finance Gary Robinson, as previously outlined by the Executive. You can watch it here.
The second and third meetings focused on the Department of Planning and Public Works and allowed for a back and forth between members and Director Jen Tetatzin, who presented her department’s requested funding for the next biennium. Watch the 9:30 a.m. meeting here and the 1:30 p.m. meeting here.
The week’s review concluded with presentations from Human Resources Director Judy Archer and elected Assessor-Treasurer Mike Lonergan. Watch those presentations here.
