Key Peninsula Household Essentials Giveaway


Eligible households can join Pierce County's Community Action Programs on Tuesday, May 17th to receive free household items. This event is for income eligible Pierce County residents (outside the City of Tacoma). This event will be held from 10am - 2pm and registration is required. Register online or by calling and leaving a message at (253) 798-8606. Registrants will collect their items from the Key Peninsula Community Services building.

Some of the items that households will be eligible to receive include:

  • Dish Soap
  • Laundry Detergent
  • Trash Bags
  • Toilet Paper
  • Paper Towels
  • First Aid Kits
  • Household Cleaning Supplies
  • Shampoo & Conditioner
  • Diapers
  • Wipes

Each household will also have the opportunity to meet with staff from the various Human Services programs Pierce County offers (Rental Assistance, Aging and Disability Resources, Energy Assistance, Veterans Resources, Minor Home Repair and TacomaProbono).
