Affordable Housing - Notice of Funding Availability

Affordable Housing Development and Preservation


Pierce County and the Pierce County Community Development Corporation have jointly made available funds to support the development and preservation of affordable housing in Pierce County. Applicants can utilize funding from this Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to acquire, newly construct and/or rehabilitate affordable rental or homeownership housing (Capital Projects); or to provide operating and maintenance support for new/existing affordable rental housing.

Over $17M of funding is available through the American Rescue Plan Act, federal HUD HOME funds, local recording fees and State sales tax. The objective is to develop and preserve affordable housing for low, very low and extremely low income households in Pierce County. Apply here today!
