Automated phone line to check permit status, schedule inspections to be retired Oct. 4

An automated phone line that allows users to check the status of their permit application, schedule an inspection, and check the results of an inspection will no longer be available starting Oct. 4.

Users of our Permit and Application Status System (PASS system) will need to complete these activities through our online permitting system at PierceCountyWa.gov/Permit once the PASS system is retired. This transition is necessary as the PASS system can no longer be supported or updated.

Visit PierceCountyWa.gov/ApplyForAPermit to find out how you can connect with us if you need assistance navigating our online permitting system.
