Notice of Funding Availability for Eviction Prevention

Pierce County Human Services is announcing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to support eviction prevention. We are soliciting applications from qualified organizations to provide eviction prevention services and case management to eligible households with a lease in their name and at risk of homelessness due to rent arrears.

Over $6 million is available to no more than three organizations, and at least 10% must go to a By-and-For Agency. We anticipate serving between 250-400 households per program year.

Applications are due no later than 12 p.m. on September 30, 2022. Interested parties may join an online workshop using the information below:

 Funding for this program is made available through the Washington State Department of Commerce. These funds are available for the time period January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024.
