Fall Prevention Awareness Day Event

Pierce County Aging and Disability Resources and the Pierce County Fall Prevention Coalition invite you to the annual Fall Prevention Awareness Day event this Thursday, September 22, from 10 a.m. - Noon at the Mel Korum Family YMCA. The address is 302 43rd Ave. SE Puyallup, WA 98374.

Falls are not a natural part of aging, but you have the power to prevent falls. During this free event, participants will see presentations on fall prevention, meet with vendors, discover community resources and engage in exercise demos and giveaways. No RSVP is needed and YMCA membership is not required.
