housing news and events

Join us may 3 for a landlord update

ERPP ends in July, so what does that mean for landlords?

The Center for Dialog and Resolution/ERPP Program, Pierce County Human Services, and Tacomaprobono Community Lawyers are inviting Pierce County landlords to an information sharing meeting regarding upcoming changes.

When: Wednesday May 3 from 3-5 P.M.

Where: Virtual on zoom --> https://piercecountywa.zoom.us/j/96237490353

Why: Learn what to expect about upcoming changes, options you might have, landlord rights and responsibilities, and actions you can take now to more quickly reach a resolution about past due rent.

Questions? Contact [email protected]

Please note this is not a meeting to get individual updates on applications.
