Mr. Marsh has over three decades of federal contracting experience in all major areas of contracting with multiple federal agencies. As Director he is responsible for all contracting operations, contract execution, and the Government Purchase Card Program for all Army and Air Force organizations on the joint base, delivering procurement support in accordance with established Department of Defense standards.
