Touch a Truck

Touch A Truck returns to Sprinker

Trucks, tractors, emergency vehicles, and even a Zamboni will roll into Sprinker Recreation Center’s parking lot on Saturday, September 12, for our annual Touch-A-Truck event. This free event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is designed to give kids of all ages an opportunity to explore the world of “BIG” trucks. Kids will be encouraged to touch and climb on all of the vehicles and even honk a horn or two while learning more about what each vehicle does in the community. For directions and more info please visit our website.

Partner Profile: Hi-Tech Collision

Hi-Tech Collision, located in Spanaway, WA, is the title sponsor for the Classic Car and Truck Show held historically at Sprinker Recreation Center on the last Saturday of the month. Shaun Copeland, who is the general manager of the business, did not hesitate when asked if his company would like to hop on board to take over the title sponsorship in 2013.  The partnership we’ve developed has continued to grow through the last three years.

Hi-Tech continues to support our event by always attending the show with an amazing turn out of staff and doing a great set up for their vendor space.  Shaun and his gang also supply several banners to make our facility look like an official site for a classic car show. Their continued support assisting with the advertising by hanging posters and making handouts available to all of their customers entering their shops is commendable.

On the day of the car show, Hi-Tech arrives with an amazing amount of door prize giveaways that are, of course, the hit of the car show! We are so pleased to be able to call our event the “Hi-Tech Collision Classic Car & Truck Show” because this crew is truly a great supporter of this event. Thank you!
