The Pierce County Planning Commission will hold a study session on January 7th to review information about a concept that would allow the proposed Centers and Corridors rezones to be phased in over time. On January 9th they will review information about a new approach to regulate design in the proposed Centers and Corridors zones. There will be no public testimony and no action taken at either of the meetings. Fo
