  • Businesses with 1-5 Full-Time Equivalent Employees (FTEs) may apply for a loan of $5,000

  • Businesses with 6-20 FTEs may apply for $1,000 per FTE employee up to $20,000
  • Farmers Market Operations (private, not for profit, no FTEs limit) may apply for a loan of $20,000

  • Apply for loan forgiveness based on your workplace safety practices

Safe Start Washington

Updated Safe Start Guidance

Governor Jay Inslee announced several rollbacks to Safe Start reopening guidelines.This memo updated July 31 provides information related to gatherings, live entertainment, restaurants and taverns, family entertainment and recreational centers, card rooms, movie theaters, weddings and funerals.

UPDATED: Phase 2 and Phase 3 Restaurant, Tavern, Breweries, Wineries and Distilleries COVID-19 Requirements

Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) Actions to Help Licensees
The LCB is acting now to allow distilleries, wineries, breweries and taverns to modify service at their license locations. If you have this license type, LCB staff are at the ready to help you convert to a Spirits/Beer/Wine Restaurant so that you may enjoy privileges of that license type.
