NEW: $10,000 Business Rollback Relief Grant

Applications due by December 11 at 5:00 p.m.


Apply for a grant if your business has been impacted by recent rollbacks to help offset costs of business disruption 




Eligible business types: 
  • In-store retail

  • Arts and culture establishments such as theaters, museums, and entertainment venues

  • Fitness facilities, gyms, and bowling centers

  • Caterers, restaurants, taprooms, and similar eating and drinking establishments that do not have a drive-through and did not participate in the full-service restaurant support program "Restaurant Rally"
Subject to available funds and eligibility requirements, businesses may receive a need-based grant of up to $10,000.

Forgivable Loans

Emergency Small Business Relief Grant - (Formerly Forgivable Loan)

Applications due by December 4 at 5:00 p.m.

  • Grant amounts start at $5,000 (for micro-businesses) up to $20,000 based on number of FTE employees.

  • This grant program was initially the Emergency Small Business Relief Loan program that was converted to a grant program per Pierce County ordinance. If you have already applied for or received a forgivable loan, you are not eligible to re-apply for a grant under this program.

COVID-19 Adaptation Grant

COVID-19 Expenses Program Expanded: Maximum Reimbursement Grant Amounts Now Up to $50,000 for Larger Employers

Applications due by November 30 at 5:00 p.m.


Get reimbursed for up to 50% of expenses related to implementing COVID-19 safe start practices under the Adaptation Grant Program.

Commercial Rent and Mortgage Assistance 

  • Get three months of your commercial rent or mortgage paid

  • Receive up to $8,000 a month with a total grant maximum of $24,000

Restaurant Rally - Support Local
