Residential Use Code Amendment Proposal

Pierce County would like to invite you to provide feedback on the proposed Residential Use Code amendment. The proposal would amend the zoning code to allow for shared housing villages in the Residential Resource zone of the Parkland-Spanaway-Midland communities plan area through a conditional use permit.
