Get Involved in Accountable Communities of Health

The Pierce County Accountable Communities of Health (ACH) is looking for applicants to participate in the Health Provider Integration Panel and the Community Voice Council. The role of the ACH is to create collaborative engagement between the community and dedicated community partners, ensuring integration of services for whole person care.
