What is a principle use versus an accessory use?
Accessory use means a use of land or of a building customarily incidental and subordinate to the principal use of the land or building and located on the same lot with the principal use. 'Principal use' means the primary or predominant use of any lot or parcel. For a complete list of definitions used in the Development Regulations, please see Title 18 Section 18.25.030 Definitions.
