I need a copy of my divorce decree.: You can purchase copies of documents from the LINX website( https://linxonline.co.pierce.wa.us). Once on the site click the "search" tab and either type in the case number or do a search by name. Once the case displays click the "purchase copies" button located in the upper right corner of the page and follow instructions from there. ***Purchased copies are NOT mailed. You are required to print them.***

Clerk of the Superior Court - Dissolution of Marriage Questions

1. Where do I get dissolution papers?: Washington Pattern Forms are available in the Pierce County Law Library at the County-City Building or on the Washington State's Courts website. Dissolution 'kits' with forms are also available from some office and legal supply stores, legal messenger services and book stores. Care must be used in buying 'kits' in order to ensure that the forms contained in them are the 'Pattern Forms' approved by the Supreme Court. Note: Pattern Forms should not be altered in any way! Court rules require specific margins all all forms.

2. I have questions about filling out my divorce/custody/modification papers.: You can make an appointment to see the Court Facilitator at 253-798-3627. The cost is $20 for a half an hour appointment.

5. Where can I pay child support?: Child support ordered to be paid through the Clerk of the Superior Court may be paid in Room 110 of the County-City Building. Support ordered to be paid through the Washington State Central Support Registry (WSSR) must be paid directly to WSSR at P.O. Box 45868, Olympia, WA 98504-5868.
