How do I file an EEO Complaint?: Complete the EEO Complaint Intake Form that assists with obtaining necessary allegation information such as incident date(s), description of incident(s), name(s) of witness(es), etc.

1. What is the county’s EEO policy?: Access our administrative guidelines under Chapter 3.16 to review our policy on EEO.

2. How do I file an EEO Complaint?: Complete the EEO Complaint Intake Form that assists with obtaining necessary allegation information such as incident date(s), description of incident(s), name(s) of witness(es), etc.

3. How soon should the complaint be reported and filed?: Reports must be made as soon as possible, but in any case, not more than 180 calendar days from the date(s) of the incident(s).

4. What happens after the complaint is reported and filed?: After receipt of the alleged action information, the Human Resources Department will determine the appropriate process, which includes investigation and complaint resolution.
