    1. E-Ballot Voting Program

      This is not a voter registration form. If you are a military or overseas citizen and claim Pierce County as your home of record and need to register you can download a FVAP voter registration form. This program is only available to UOCAVA voters. Who can participate: Any member of the U.S. Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard), Merchant Marine and their dependents, overseas citizens or any U.S. citizen who will be out of the country on Election Day, commissioned corps of the Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Overseas Citizens are defined as U.S. citizens who reside outside the United States. If your out of country address does not fit in the format below, please enter N/A in the field and type your military/overseas address in the comment field.
