Request:       The applicants propose to reduce a portion of the required 110-ft. buffer for two Category III wetlands, to between 0 and 87 ft. (14,000 sq. ft.) to accommodate a single-family residence, and 6,000 sq. ft. for the access road. Approximately 975 sq. ft. of wetland must be filled to accommodate the access. Mitigation will be required per Title 18E. The site is in the Rural Sensitive Resource (RSR) zone classification and Graham Community Plan area, located at 31212 – 120th Ave. E., Graham, WA, in Council District #3.
