This site will abide by the State Department of Health recommendations regarding masks, social distancing, and vaccination status. No pets allowed at this cooling center. Domesticated pets can be taken to Lowe’s and Petsmart until 10 p.m. and must be in crates/leashes and owners must provide water. The VCA Pacific Avenue, 10324 Pacific Ave in Spanaway is open for pets all day and night.
